Symmetric Solutions was established in 1999 by Ralph Steigrad an IT professional with over 30 years of experience with leading companies such as Westpac and RTA. His goal was to provide small and medium sized businesses the same kind of technological advantages that were available to large enterprises.
To achieve this goal, the company uses specialist technicians and remote administration, enabling a company to access the highest quality IT services on a simple pay as you go system. Thus by serving many clients, Symmetric Solutions optimizes their use of the best IT people around, while providing a cost-efficient solution for SMEs. Ruslan
Ruslan is the Techie of the Team. He studied I.T technology at the Sydney University. Originally coming from Russia, he made Australia as his second home. I thought, live is not that hard in Australia, but I had to learn such a lot of new things. Networking in a deeper level is mastered by Ruslan, Groupwise, LINUX and SQL are among the skills he learned in Symmetric Solution.
But the most important of all, he loves all kind of I.T. impossible missions. He works best in such situations.
Programming languages is one of his favorite work. It is like talking to the computer. He feels sometimes like a translator from human wishes into the computer spirit. Computers do mostly what we tell them to do. Mostly. We always have surprises.
Ruslan does not drive. So remote administration is his favorite tool. Yes, he is right. We have customers more than 1000 km away. Who would want to drive there?

Itamar is our Junior Specialist. When he was 12 years old, he already made his own computers. Now he is in year 12 HSC, and is still helping Symmetric Solutions with valuable Junior Jobs. Itamar needs to pay for his motorbike, and I.T. work is a good way of earning a little bit beside the school.
Itamar is already well trained in all basic I.T jobs. But he is also a true specialist in Graphics. Photo Shop, Web Programming are his skills.
He likes gaming, Social Networks, Chating, and he loves sports such as Parcour.
